What devices can I use to listen to my music?

Audio Couch is compatible with any device that supports Flash 9 and above. We are also currently developing an Audio Couch player for the iPhone and Android Phones.

What are the system requirments for Audio Couch?

Audio Couch is compatible with any computer that can run Adobe AIR. This includes most Mac, Windows, and Linux Systems. To view the Adobe AIR system requirements, click here.

What types of music files can I upload?

Currently Audio Couch supports mp3 file uploads. In the near future, we will support several music file formats including mp3, aac, wav, and Apple Lossless files.

Can I get my music back after I upload it?

Of course. Audio Couch allows you to authorize up to 5 computers that can download your entire library at any time.

Who can use my account?

Your music is yours and yours alone. Audio Couch also allows 5 simultaneous users to use your account making it perfect for your entire family to listen to the same library, at the same time, from anywhere they want.

How do you bill for your Member accounts?

Audio Couch bills on a monthly cycle. So, if you signed up on July 15, your credit card would be charged again on August 15.

Do you have an iPhone or Android App?

We are currently developing an iPhone and Android Audio Couch app. We'll announce release dates as we get closer.

Who are the guys that built Audio Couch?

Audio Couch was a collaboration between Michael Shumway, Michael Hunter, and Gary Sabin. Audio Couch is a venture of Zixo.

2. Song capacity is based on 4 minutes per song and 128-Kbps AAC encoding; actual capacity varies by encoding method and bit rate.
3. Stores up to 100GB of music for member accounts.
